Muskan discusses being a female tea-maker in a man’s world, how she learned her trade, her mission and the main obstacles she has faced in her tea journey.  Since the inception of the Tea Studio, the innovative tea factory in the Nilgiri Hills of Tamil Nadu, Muskan Khanna has been making quite a name for herself. As Head of Operations with an all-female team, unknown in the male-dominated industry of the region, she has won various business awards and developed a reputation as an exceptional tea maker and team leader.
Accompanied by Kevin Gascoyne of Camellia Sinensis also a partner in the Tea Studio project, Muskan discusses how she learned her trade, her work, her mission and the main obstacles she has faced in her tea journey.
