Chemistry is why you love tea. What molecules make up your cup of tea depends upon many factors including where your tea was grown, when it was harvested and how it was processed and prepared.  You might be surprised to learn how many healthy compounds are in tea and the microscopic worlds they come from.  Join us as we explore the unique relationships tea plants share with microorganisms in their environment and how these interactions enhance the chemistry of the cup.
