Jack Clay is the Global Head of Sales and Development for Rare Tea Company, London.
 
He has a vast wealth of knowledge in developing and implementing training programs across retail and hospitality - and across the globe from Macau to Beverley Hills. 
Jack is a highly engaging speaker who has presented talks and worked at numerous International food symposiums including Terroir Toronto and Berlin and the Noma MAD Symposium in Copenhagen.  
His energy and enthusiasm for tea and education in the industry is highly infectious and inspiring.
 
Before tea, Jack worked as a diver in Arctic Norway, hand-diving in the pristine arctic waters for sea urchins. Never has a hot cup of tea been more cherished than straight out of the freezing Arctic sea. That’s a way to fall in love.
